RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- If for some reason you wish to return an item, please email us email@example.com and we will provide you with return address.
- Please note that we need to be notified within 14 calendar days of delivery. All return & exchange requests will not be approved after this period.
- All items need to be in un-used condition, in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
- We recommend using Registered/ Tracked shipping method to avoid potential issues.
- Shipping Cost
Nobody likes paying for shipping, therefore, we ship for free for all orders above € 50,- incl VAT. Under the € 50,- we will charge you € 6,75 incl VAT for shipping within the Netherlands.
For shipping outside the Netherlands we ship for free all orders above € 75,- incl VAT. Under the € 75,- we will charge you € 8,95 incl VAT for shipping outside the Netherlands.
- Dispatch Times
We work as crazy and always try to dispatch within 1-3 working days from cleared payments. Once dispatched, we will email your tracking link.
- Delivery Times
EU orders: usually 3-7 working days from dispatch
International orders: usually 1-3 weeks from dispatch
Please note that delays are likely to occur during Christmas time, please follow your tracking:
In some cases, import taxes may apply if delivery address is outside of European Union. Customs processing times are not included in delivery times. Taxes are buyers responsibility.
All orders are shipped from The Netherlands (European Union)
- Times for lost parcels
Please allow the following times before parcels can be considered as lost:
EU orders: 14 calendar days from dispatch
International orders: 40 calendar days from dispatch
Periods for lost parcels are extended by one week in December due to overloaded mail. Once delivery exceeded times above, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
